New Warehouse Office Spaces, Cafe & Childcare for Rosebery

A development application is now on display for a new warehouse office space, a corner cafe & a childcare centre at 135–151 Dunning Avenue Rosebery. It will be called The Depot which will be directly south of The Cannery Rosebery & opposite Gelato Messina.

The Depot — pedestrian entry via Dunning Ave

A new cafe with outdoor space will be placed on the corner of Hayes Road & Dunning Ave directly opposite Black Star Pastry.

There will be 152 new car spaces for the development with entry from Hayes Road & Harcourt Parade.

New architectural pedestrian entry ways will be installed showcasing local history of Rosebery dating back to 1880.

Southern facade & pedestrian entry on Harcourt Parade

No mention in the development application of changing the parking time around the development area.
